PDD Group Registration

Registration Point of Contact

Group discounts are available for groups of six or more, and group members do not have to be from the same company. Groups must identify a registration Point of Contact (POC) to coordinate registration and request a group discount code on behalf of the group. To begin the group registration process, the POC should send an email to pddregistration@kcpmichapter.org with the following information:

  • Company name
  • POC name
  • POC phone number
  • POC email (if different from one used to send)
  • The approximate number registrants in the group


After sending the email, the POC will receive instructions on how to register using the group discount code. Each registrant must register and pay on a separate ticket due to system limitations in applying the group discounts, which also means that each registrant can use a different payment method. 

All group members who want to receive the member discount must be a PMI KC Mid America Chapter member and provide their PMI Membership ID during registration.

Registration Fees

If an individual registers without using the group discount code and you want to add them to your group to receive the discount, send an email pddregistration@kcpmichapter.org and provide the individual’s name and email address. You will receive notification when the change has been made. A refund in the amount of the appropriate discount will be issued to the individual in the form of a check.

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Payment is made during online registration.
