 Chapter Volunteer of the Month

Ravi Baburajan

November 2014

As the KC PMI Chapter's Director of Technology Tools, Ravi serves as the Chapter help desk and helps address hardeware and software issues for board members and directors. One board member shared their story of Ravi's dediaction to the Chapter:

"Ravi is a lifesaver! Both of the times that I have submitted an issue regarding my laptop via the help desk, he has responded within 24 hours. The first time, he met me after my evening class; we stood in a parking lot and fixed my computer! The second time, I got the same immediate response and an offer to do whatever’s necessary to get the problem resolved. Ravi’s positive attitude, resourcefulness, and 'I'll get it done' outlook were greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Huge thank you to Ravi."

Thanks, Ravi, for your contributions to our chapter!
