Workshop # 2 - What's New in PMBOK 4?

There used to be 44 processes, now there are only 42, two were removed, some changed names, some moved to a new process group. 

And did you know that words "triple constraint" are not in the new PMBOK?

Class will be held Saturday, March 20th, registration will be at 8:00 AM and the class will be from 8:30 AM 12:30 PM.
