Course Overview

Product lifecycles are shrinking, competition is now global, supply chains are getting more complex, and increasing customer demands are making it more challenging to achieve sustainable growth and improve product/service profitability. To succeed in this environment, organizations must maximize the product pipeline throughput while shortening cycle times, controlling margins, and ensuring regulatory and security compliance. Agile Product Portfolio Management enables organizations to optimize their product development investments by providing tightly synchronized project and product information, maximized resource usage, and cross-project visibility and decision support across the entire product lifecycle.

Course Objectives to maximize the Value of your Portfolio include analysis of:

·      ALIGNMENT

·      PRIORITIZATION

·      ALLOCATION OF RESOURCES

·      BALANCE

·      A SENSE OF DIRECTION
