Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Business Analyst are directly responsible for business analysis, this class would provide clarity to developing and managing business requirements.  But all Agile team members should be Generalizing Specialist, therefore other roles will benefit from this class

Cheryl Randle, PMP, ACP, PBA was President for KCPMI in 2016, 2017 and 2019.  She currently works with ASPE to deliver training and consulting to companies and individuals throughout the United States in Agile, Business Analysis, Project Management and System Development Life Cycle and Requirements Collaboration. She has worked with some of the largest corporations in the world, including IBM, Anheuser Busch, Arthur Andersen, Ralston Purina, and Hallmark. Her expertise includes responding to business challenges while steering the execution of customer-centric, operationally sound programs. She has been a presenter at several conferences including the Conference Board’s CIO’s Council of Canada. Cheryl’s approach to performance management has been spotlighted by technology periodicals such as Ziff-Davis, [email protected], Baseline Magazine and the cover story in BIReview, “A Handle on IT – Portfolio Management at Hallmark”.
