PDD Registration

COVID-19 UPDATE: The health and safety of attendees and volunteers is our top priority. At this time, PDD 2020 is being planned as in-person event. However, contingency plans are being made to convert to a virtual event as public safety guidelines warrant.

Individual Registration

Discounts are offered for individuals during the early bird registration period and for being PMI KC Mid America Chapter members. All individuals who want to receive the member discount must be a PMI KC Mid America Chapter member and provide their PMI Membership ID during registration.

Group Registration

Group discounts are available for groups of six or more from the same company, different companies or a combination of both. Group members may also receive a discount during the early bird registration period and for being PMI KC Mid America Chapter members. All group members who want to receive the member discount must be a PMI KC Mid America Chapter member and provide their PMI Membership ID during registration.

Group Coordinator

Groups must identify a Group Coordinator to organize registration and payment. To begin the group registration process, the Group Coordinator should send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Company name
  • Group Coordinator name
  • Group Coordinator phone number
  • Group Coordinator email (if different from one used to send)
  • The approximate number of Chapter members and non-members in the group


The Group Coordinator will receive an email from the Chapter with their group discount code and registration instructions. Each group member is responsible for registering and paying separately using the group discount code.

Registration Fees

If an individual registers without using the group discount code and you want to add them to your group to receive the discount, send an email [email protected] and provide the individual’s name and email address. You will receive notification when the change has been made. A refund in the amount of the appropriate discount will be issued to the individual in the form of a check.

Payment

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Payment is due in the registration system at the time of registration. Walk-ins for individuals, not groups, are welcome the day of the event and may pay by check or credit card. If special arrangements need to be made for payment, please contact [email protected].
